Quick and easy check-in at any time of day
We are happy to welcome you personally at our reception from Monday to Friday until 8 pm and on Sundays and public holidays until 4 pm.
However, if you are unable to check in at our hotel during reception opening hours, you are welcome to do so independently at our 24-hour check-in kiosk at any time, conveniently and without stress.
So that we don’t have to worry about you in the event of a late arrival, we would of course be pleased to receive brief information about this in advance or by reception closing time on the day of arrival.
You have already received a personal check-in code for your direct booking in our confirmation and if you do not have this at hand, you can simply enter your name. After completing your details, the 24-hour check-in kiosk will issue your room cards and you will also receive a receipt with your room number. You can then use the room cards to open the front door and the room door.

Please note that check-in is of course only possible after the confirmed check-in time (room release).
The procedure at the 24-hour check-in kiosk is as follows:
- Select language
- Press “I have a reservation”
- Enter your family name or use the code you received with your booking confirmation
- Complete the data (names and birthdays of all arriving guests and a mobile phone number)
- Sign
- Done – you will receive your room cards
